It was Harvey Firestone, the US rubber and tyre pioneer, who said that in business, captial isn't so important, nor is experience, because you can get both of these. What is important, he said, are ideas. If you have ideas, you have the main asset you need. what is remarkable about ideas, too, is that they mutliply, and because of this, there is'nt any limit to what you can do with your business or your life, said Firestone.

Same message - Different delivery - Different outcome!
We have all been told over the years how something is said, is as important as what is said, below is an example which well illustrates this point.
The King's Dream
Once upon a time a king had a dream in which he lost all his teeth. Greatly disturbed, he called an interpreter, who said:
"The teeth represent your family, O King, and th edream means they will all die and you will be left alone."
The king was unhappy at the news and threw the interpreter on prision. But the dream persisted, so he called a second interpreter. This man listened to the dream, then said:
"Rejoice, O King, for the news is good. The dream signifies you have a long life - in fact, you will outlive all your relatives. Long live the King!"
The delighted king richly rewarded the second interpreter, who brought him the good news. Same message - Different delivery - Different outcome! Prehaps this is something well all need to consider when next trying to deliver a message!
